When an Outcome generated through a sequence of governance processes is used again, it becomes part of a new Reality. This Reality, however, differs from the initial Reality because it exists not merely as content, but as “Governed Information” accompanied by governance information accumulated through prior processing.

In the initial Reality, diverse forms of information, including images, video, audio, documents, data, and source code, exist in various states. As they pass through I2EA processes, machine-readable information concerning Fact, Evaluation, Policy, Process, and related governance elements accumulates alongside the original content.

Fact may include Timestamp, Location, Identifier, Identity, Consent, Confidentiality, Copyright, and other attributes and conditions of use associated with the information itself. Evaluation may include Risk Level, Confidence Score, Authenticity, Safety Score, and other results derived from analyzing the meaning and characteristics of the information. Policy may specify Allow, Block, Conditional, Human Review, Purpose Restriction, and other applicable conditions and constraints.

Process may further retain Provenance, Execution Record, Decision ID, Policy Version, Model Version, Request ID, Digital Signature, and other information required to trace what actually occurred.

Importantly, this does not simply mean that more tags are added over time. Each time information is processed, a governance history is formed that records what was established, how the information was evaluated, which Policies were applied, and through what Decisions and Executions it passed.

When this Governed Information is subsequently used by another AI system, human, organization, or system, the accumulated information can serve as the starting point for the next process. Governance therefore does not need to be reconstructed entirely from zero each time. At the same time, changes in Context, Policy, time, purpose of use, or other relevant conditions may require a new Evaluation or Decision.

Accordingly, Reality in I2EA is not a fixed starting point. An Outcome can become the next Reality, and as processing continues, Reality increasingly carries governance information accumulated through previous processes.

Through the recurring cycle of Reality → Fact → Evaluation → Policy → Decision → Execution → Outcome → Reality, I2E makes it possible to preserve not only the information itself, but also the continuity of governance concerning how that information has been handled over time.
