I2EA tapestry: Good for Society, Good for AI, Good for Users

Institution-to-Execution Architecture

From Human Governance to Governed AI Execution

Structural Governance Void

The gap is not the absence of rules.

Rules, standards, technologies, and controls already exist. Yet they often remain disconnected across institutional, organizational, and technical boundaries. The Structural Governance Void is the gap between governance requirements and actual AI execution, where organizations are still left to build the remaining connections themselves.

Reality informs AI. Execution returns to reality.

AI receives information from reality, uses it to support decisions, and returns to reality through execution. That execution changes conditions and produces new outcomes and evidence. I2EA keeps this flow connected, allowing what happens in the real world to inform what happens next.

Information Loop
Policy Independence

One architecture does not require one policy.

I2EA does not define or impose a single policy, value system, or set of institutional rules for governing AI. Those remain with the institutions that hold legitimate authority. The architecture provides a common structure for carrying different requirements toward execution without requiring different jurisdictions, organizations, or contexts to adopt a single policy framework.
